Day 192: Pumpkin Spice Everything

We are all a little hungover (not alcohol related, more like energy related) from staying up until 1am last night/this morning coming home from the Hawks game, but it didn't stop us from celebrating the fact that it's SEPTEMBER and THAT means it's officially fall to everyone except the stiffs that actually follow the roman calendar. Which is no one. September 1st = fall. September 2nd = I'm late to the pumpkin spice party!

Brad was home today so we went on a little sushi lunch date this afternoon while the kids were at school, and then went to Lowe's and Michael's to buy everything fall and Halloween related we could find. And we did. And then came home and pulled out all the fall (not Halloween...yet) decor, and lit the pumpkin spice candle and had a cup of pumpkin spice coffee.

The best season ever. 

I also made a not-so-great attempt at making my first fall wreath and though it's not going to make the cover of Martha Stewart Magazine, but I like it. 

I should spray it with pumpkin spice smelly spray.
