Party Hardy. And Eat Lots of Candy Hearts

Camden got to participate in his first little party event type thing (a Valentine's Day party) without his big brother. 

Ahhh, finally graduating from tagalong baby brother to a man with his own agenda! Or maybe less man and more tiny human. 

Which is funny because Calen's first little event party thing was also a Valentine's Day party at basically the same age. 

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Or from other apples. 

Flashback 2011 - baby Calen at his first Vday shindig

 
 Camden got to party hardy at his buddy Bryce's house who threw a pretty awesome party. And Camden ate an entire cupcake, an English muffin pizza, two cookies, a chocolate strawberry and no less than 359 candy hearts. 

Candy hearts are the best bribery tool in the history of the United States. 

Want your kid to sit still and take a picture? Plop him wherever you want him to sit and shove one in his mouth. He starts whining? Stuff one in his mouth. He'll instantly smile, turn around and leave you alone. Until he comes back for another one. It's just best to keep ten or fifteen of them in your pocket. 

So anyways it was a fun party and there were tons of toddlers hopped up on sugar there and the noise was incredible. I'm pretty sure they broke some sort of sound barrier. 

And best of all, Camden slept for three hours afterwards. And Calen even graciously took a two hour nap.
