Drive Fast and Wear Blue

The sun came out today and it was almost warm! Which means that we throw on jackets and shoes as quickly as possible and play outside, even if it's only for half an hour before we get cold and decide to come in. 

Calen finally got to ride his new 4 wheeler from his great grandparents for the first time since Christmas Day. It was a big hit with the neighbor kids too, and Calen had fun chasing them with his dump truck, until he wasn't paying attention and smashed into the stopped 4 wheeler and gave himself a swollen eye. Third head injury in two days. I think that's a record in our house?

Oh, to be a parent of boys. 

And then of course it was Seahawks playoff Sunday so we had to stop everything to watch the big game with friends. And scream and yell and curse the tv for our boys in blue to get their act together. Which obviously worked (of course) because in the end we won and will advance to the next round next Sunday. 

It was a good day.
