Show and Tell

Calen had his first show and tell today. He was supposed to bring in his favorite item that he got for Christmas. 

First he wanted to bring in his (quite large) pirate ship, which was almost doable. But then as we're putting shoes on ready to leave this morning, he announced that he wanted to bring his castle. 

Umm, his castle is the size of both of our large dogs combined. 

I told him it was too big. He said to put it in his backpack. Unless your backpack is a large luggage suitcase, castle show and tell is not happening. 

We settled on taking a picture of him and his castle, and him bringing his big dragon that goes with it, and he could even bring a knight to show the other kids how the dragon eats them. Which he was pretty excited over. Those poor kids. 

The show and tell rules said "no weapons". Do dragons count as a weapon?
