It's the celebrated last day of school! Even though public school kids have been done for a week, we still had some things to patch up and finish.
This was the LAST year of middle school for Calen, and the LAST year of elementary school (according to myself, because I still stubbornly refuse to believe that 6th grade could possibly be considered middle school) for Camden.
It's a year of lasts. I'm sad.
But that also means next year is the year of firsts!
I say "ish" when saying it's the last day of school, because Calen still has 20-odd math lessons left to do over the summer, but no big deal compared to an entire school day!
