Eating Machine

Today was an exciting day because we made an excursion to Costco!

Whoa, slow down there turbo.

I know, our life is so exciting right?

Sadly we actually look forward to our Costco trips. It's a road trip (an hour each way), a night of not cooking and eating out for dinner (Costco's world famous $1.50 hot dogs, which are effing delicious, by the way, and come with a free soda), and we get to shop for delicious food and anything else under the sun because Costco (for those unfamiliar) sells everything except rights to naming your own planet.

Which they probably will start selling too. In bulk.

Also, Calen seems to be in some sort of incredible growth spurt/World Championship of Eating for Preschoolers, because today alone he has eaten:

Breakfast: 1.5 waffles, a huge handful of raisins, six PB&J cracker sandwich things, an entire glass of apple juice and a cup of fruit (and still said he was hungry but I didn't believe him!)

Lunch:  2/3rds of a LARGE chicken breast with quinoa, more raisins, more crackers, two pieces of Christmas candy

a large snack, and:

dinner: an entire HUGE Costco hot dog which are so big that even I'm full after one. Plus a HUGE soft drink sized cup of lemonade. And a brownie that was a free sample.

Good LORD kid. Are you three, or thirteen?

I must eat all the things!!!!
