Mourning

Well as anybody who's anybody knows, the Seahawks lost their divisional playoff game today in a last minute stroke-inducing heart-crusher.

Which means that the Seahawks season is over.

Which means that my little family and I are reeling trying to figure out just what in the hell we're supposed to do now on Sunday afternoon/evenings now that our season is over, that we have no football get togethers at our house, no instant messaging dates to "watch" the game together with our friends across the country, no awesome red letter days where we actually get to GO to a game, no flying of the colors by all four of us wearing our blue jerseys each weekend. What are we supposed to do NOW.

We mourn.

And we buy Madden '13 to get our Hawks fix until August.

(True story. Brad left the house in a fit of rage and drove to the store and bought it. I think it helped him recoup from the heartbreaker. And I get to play Madden. So in the end we all win.)

Congratulations on an incredible 12-6 Wild Card winning season Seahawks! We had more fun than ever before this season!
